Return & Exchange Policy
Returns / Exchanges
If there is anything wrong with your order, or if you are not
satisfied, you may return the item to us within 10 days
of receipt. We cannot accept returns
after that time. We suggest that you return the item(s) by the most cost
effective method (Usually by U.S. Postal Service), in its
original condition; no worn
or washed garments will be accepted. Please follow the return instructions
on the back of your invioce/packing list. Fill out the requested information
completely and include the form with your returned item.
Exchanges for a different style, color or size not due to a manufacturing
defect or order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when
the product
is reshipped. If you are requesting a refund not due to manufacturing defect
or order processing error, we will gladly refund the cost of the merchandise
only.
We cannot refund the shipping cost unless there was a manufacturing defect
or order processing error. We recommend that you return the product to
us insured. If your package is lost in transit we cannot offer a refund.
